Brazilian Blowout and Permanent Waving

When Booking an Appointment:

  1. A credit card number is required to secure your appointment.

  2. Service prices may vary based on hair texture and density.

  3. Tipping: If you would like to show appreciation to your stylist, you can bring cash or a check made out to them.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. The credit card used to book the appointment will be charged for late cancellations, changes, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  5. Late Arrivals: To accommodate other clients and our scheduling, we may need to reschedule appointments that are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged as a no-show.
